How does a membership work?

Tell us about your home and choose a starting plan. We confirm your address, service scope and price, then share your membership agreement. Once you accept and activate, we coordinate your recurring services and keep you informed.

What does my membership cost?

Your price reflects the size and needs of your property, the services included and their frequency. We provide a clear quote before you subscribe. Sending a request is free and does not start a paid membership.

Can I request painting, drywall work or other repairs?

Yes. Request general handyman work, painting, drywall repairs, lightbulb replacement, assembly, mounting and other small projects. These are quoted separately unless explicitly included in your agreed plan. Work requiring a specialist is assessed and assigned appropriately.

What if I need something that is not listed?

Choose “Other service” and tell us what you have in mind. We will assess the work, confirm whether we can help and provide a quote before anything is booked.

What is guaranteed?

Your accepted plan records the included services, visit counts, service windows and property limits. We track delivery against that plan. Weather delays, access requirements, rescheduling and remedies for missed commitments are explained in your agreement before you subscribe.

Where do you operate?

We are accepting homeowner requests in Vancouver. We confirm each address before activation. Toronto, Denver and Nashville are coming soon; join the waitlist for your city.

Who does the work?

Castor coordinates work through our home-service companies and approved local service professionals. Each job is matched to its scope, service area and provider availability.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Your quote and membership agreement will set out the billing interval, commitment period, change process and cancellation terms before payment. Custom work is approved separately.
