Information you share

We collect contact details, home and service preferences, and information submitted in service-professional applications. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification or sensitive personal documents through our enquiry forms.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, assess serviceability and provider applications, prepare quotes, coordinate services, administer memberships and keep a record of work. City waitlist details are used to contact you about availability in that city.

Service providers and internal notifications

We use Supabase for records and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments and Discord for internal operational notifications. Relevant details may be shared with service professionals assigned to your work. These providers may process information outside Canada. Stripe collects payment details through its hosted checkout; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

Access and retention

Access to application and customer records is restricted to authorised team members and service providers who need it. We retain information as needed to handle your request, provide services and maintain required business records.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask to leave a waitlist, through our contact form. Some records may need to be retained for existing service or legal obligations.

Cookies and website use

The team dashboard uses a secure session cookie for sign-in. The public enquiry form does not require a customer account. We use basic request logs and abuse-prevention measures to operate the site.
